Built by Researchers, for Researchers

Resub was created with a simple goal. To take the pain out of manuscript formatting so researchers can focus on what matters—their science.

Reformatting takes forever

Dr. Ross Prager, an ICU physician and clinical researcher, was publishing frequently—but formatting was always a bottleneck. It takes a long time and is super annoying to do. Because of it, formatting often gets pushed down the priority list.

There had to be a better way. So he built one. Enter Resub.

I'd finish a paper, but weeks would pass before I found the time to reformat and submit. Formatting wasn't hard—it was annoying, repetitive, and never urgent enough to make it to the top of the to-do list. After long clinical days, the last thing I wanted to do was edit line spacing or rearrange references.

With Resub, this is a problem of yesterday

Resub automates the entire manuscript formatting process—from title page layout to headings, word counts, and declarations —based on the exact instructions of the target journal. It's like a reference manager, but for manuscript submission.

Here's how it works.

In minutes, your manuscript is ready for upload. You also get a journal-specific checklist to make sure nothing is missed.
